Pre-Listing Preparation and Home Improvement Projects: The first meeting can be as early as 6 months from a potential marketing date, and may be the most important in gauging expectations and what is needed to get a home ready for the market. Not every repair or improvement that can be done, should be done. This is where I rely upon past experience, and my client’s individual circumstances, to come up with a reasonable plan to prepare for the listing date.

Brian swept in and made the home selling process nearly painless! He took care of everything, from coordinating the staging, photography, and listing, to even helping with last minute cleaning.

Proper Pricing: With very rare exceptions, no two properties are the same, and landing on the best marketing price is part art, science and timing. In the lead up to the marketing date for my client’s property, I continually survey the market and update a suggested marketing price. In certain instances, I have either sped up the preparation for listing the property, or slowed it down, in response to specific market conditions.

Marketing: Every home’s unique features, and seller’s goals, and thus dictates a customized marketing plan. When it comes to selling a home or investment property, there is no “one size fits all” approach. My approach is flexible, as is my pricing, but in the end it is my priority to ensure that my client has been taken care of and my service exceeds their expectations.
